Dean's Welcome Address

Welcome to the Faculty of Science! I welcome you with joy to the Faculty of Science. You are now part of a community where excellence is our watchword.

Science asks us to question, to test, and to seek truth. In the months ahead, you will be challenged. You will grow. And you will be equipped not just with knowledge, but with the discipline and integrity to use it well.

Our staff will guide you, but your success begins with your commitment. Attend classes, ask questions, work hard, and support one another.

Together, let's make this academic year one of breakthroughs — in the lab, in your thinking, and in your lives.

Once again, welcome to the Faculty of Science.

— Dr. E. O. Bikomo (B. Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.), Ag Dean, Faculty of Science
