AJANI TEMITOPE FCA, CISA
Mr. Ajani Temitope is a Chartered Accountant, an IT Audit specialist and a Financial Analyst. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006. He also holds a diploma certificate in International Financial Reporting from Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (DipIFR, ACCA).
He started his professional career in 2009 at Oyedele, Akinbode & Co (Chartered Accountants) and has over 15 years of professional practice experience in taxation, accounting and finance, auditing, budgeting, strategy and investments having worked and held various positions at various levels varying from different fields including but not limited to financial services, insurance, transportation, real estate, printing and publishing, health, hospitality, management consulting, investments and education.
Having joined Harmony Holdings Group in 2013 as a pioneer staff, he worked at different times within the group as Head Accounts and Operations, Project Accountant, Head Internal Control and Audit and was the pioneer Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Head, Human Resources and Administration at the Finance company arm of the group in 2017. He was involved in various turnaround programmes within the group with hands-on
engagements in the designing, set-up and implementation of sound financial and management control systems.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Ajani was the Chief Accountant and Head of Bursary at Crown-Hill University (Now Ojaja University) from 2019 to 2023.
He is happily married with children.
